This Privacy Policy describes how Steady Pitch Records, Inc. (“Steady Pitch Records”) collects, uses and shares personally identifiable information ("PII") we obtain online from and about individuals located in the U.S. Our "General Privacy Information" applies to adults and all children who have reached their 13th birthday. Steady Pitch Records does not knowingly collect PII from anyone under the age of 13. The effective date of this policy is April 9, 2007, and it was most recently revised on July 16, 2007. Collection of PII by Steady Pitch Records
When you use this site, we may retain your e-mail address. When you sign up for a user account at Steady Pitch Records, we obtain the following PII: your name, e-mail address, and date of birth [we don’t get d.o.b. should we?]. When you purchase music through Steady Pitch Records, we may also ask for a credit card number and billing address. From time to time, we may also ask you about your likes and dislikes in order to provide news and information to you that suits your preferences. Apart from possibly retaining your e-mail address when you visit us, we only collect PII from you when you voluntarily submit information to us in order to participate in activities at our website. We do not collect information from you through the use of cookies.

Steady Pitch Records may also obtain PII from third parties such as an artist or label who provides us with a mailing list for a newsletter or solicitation. We are not responsible, however, for compliance with the privacy practices of third parties.
